    Standard Manufactured to comply with european standard EN345.

    Protection Class S1 Safety Basic - Anti-Static - Heel Energy Absorption

    Upper Materials High shine fine haircell leather 1.8-2.0mm.
    Lining Materials Vamp lining – non woven 100% polyamide.
    Quarter lining – brushed non-woven polyamide.

    Both materials are breathable, moisture absorbent, hardwearing and resistant to rot and mildew.

    Threads Black rot resistant polyester cotton.

    Fastenings 5 x round eyelets per latchet. Rust resistant.

    Insole Non-woven anti-static board.

    Heel Reinforcement Internal heat moulded thermoplastic stiffener, for support, rigidity and shape retention.

    Internal Toe Cap Epoxy coated, hardened rust resistant steel toe cap.
    Provides protection against injury to the toes caused by falling objects - level of protection 200 joules.
    Also protection against compression injury caused by the toes being trapped under a heavy object - level of protection 15kn.

    Sole Dual density anti-static polyurethane sole.

    Comprising of a low density lightweight midsole to provide comfort and reduce muscle fatigue and a hardwearing solid polyurethane outsole for durability and abrasion resistance.
    Low profile sole design for reduced weight and enhanced flexibility. The outsole has a cleated multi-directional tread design to improve grip.

    The sole is oil resistant.

    To reduce fatigue & potential injury caused by falling back onto the heel, the heel of the footwear absorbs some of the energy - level of protection > 20 joules.

    Electrical Resistance Anti-static footwear - range of electrical resistance 0.1 mΩ To 1,000 mΩ.

    Lace Black round polyester, tagged lace.

    Sock Contoured footbed with breathable, moisture absorbent topcloth.
